RETURN POLICY

Most items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 15 business days of shipment.  Custom-made, cut-to-order, and items modified using any of our additional services may not be returned.  You must contact us to obtain an RMA (returned Materials Authorization) prior to returning any items and the RMA number we give you must be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging used to return the goods. All returned goods must arrive in “as new” condition in original packaging, if possible, in order to avoid possible charges.  Credits for qualifying returned items will be in the form of credit memo, direct credit card refund, or check depending on the form of initial payment among other considerations.  For credit cards, even though we process refunds immediately, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear.

To Report a Damaged Item
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at CustomerService@ControlledDynamics.com or call our Customer Service Department at 262.421.8844 M-F 7am-5pm CST, and we will work with you to process the return of the item.

Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies
While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of our website, information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice including after you have submitted your order. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and will work with you to correct any situations that arise due to an error, inaccuracy, or omission.

Warranty / Returns of Product Merchandise
All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and quality for 90 days from date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please refer to the first part of this Return Policy to return the item. Your return should be sent via prepaid and insured UPS. CODs cannot be accepted and shipping charges are not refundable. If you have any questions please contact us using the contact form. Be sure to select Warranty/Returns as the subject and include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Merchandise can be picked up at our facility, shipped using our pre-selected carriers, or shipped via a carrier of your choice. Shipping selection must be made at the time of payment, and carrier must be capable of accepting our package sizes.

Standard Delivery

You have the option to select a shipping method during the checkout process. The default ship method is Standard. All non-custom, in stock orders placed by 1:00 PM CST will ship by the following day after payment funding verification. Ground deliveries in the US are usually received in 5 to 7 business days on in-stock items. Please note that delivery of drop-shipped, LTL, customized merchandise, or merchandise requiring extra services will take longer.

In-House Expediting and Rush Delivery

Upon request, we may be able to expedite the processing, picking, packing, and shipping of your order ahead of other in-process orders. There are additional charges for expedited in-house processing of your order.  Contact us to determine if your order is eligible and the amount of the charges.

There are additional charges for expedited shipping and for deliveries to more than one address. Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses. Please note: Delivery of merchandise requiring customization or extra services may not be eligible for rush delivery.
